Extremely helpful service from all staff at the Indonesian Consulate in Darwin. Always ready to assist in a meaningful way on a range of Indonesian-related matters. Anyone interested in learning Indonesian (basic to advanced) should attend the Consulate's after-hour classes.
The staffs are friendly and really helpful. They are doing their best to serve the consumers well and they are also really responsive.

Well located in Darwin city centre, close to bus terminal & city council offices. Was provided with an information sheet / checklist on what was required to make a visa application. Went back the following day with all the documents and was able to collect my visa 4 working days later. Staff were helpful and courteous. A good process and service.
