{"id":390,"date":"2023-01-25T17:00:26","date_gmt":"2023-01-25T07:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indonesianconsulate.org.au\/econsular\/?page_id=390"},"modified":"2023-01-30T17:37:20","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T08:07:20","slug":"layanan-dokumen-kependudukan","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/indonesianconsulate.org.au\/econsular\/layanan-dokumen-kependudukan\/","title":{"rendered":"Layanan Dokumen Kependudukan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) &amp; Nomor Induk Tunggal (NIT)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>PERHATIAN:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Seorang WNI dapat diterbitkan NIT apabila <strong>belum pernah <\/strong>memiliki Nomor Induk Kependudukan \/ Nomor KTP baik format baru (KTP Elektronik) atau format lama (KTP Provinsi\/Kabupaten\/Kota)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dokumen yang <strong>WAJIB<\/strong> disiapkan oleh Pemohon antara lain sebagai berikut:\n<ul>\n<li>Akta kelahiran\/ Ijazah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paspor Republik Indonesia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bukti domisili di luar negeri (<em>Driver license<\/em>\/<em>bank statement<\/em>\/Tagihan listrik\/air)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Status Perkawinan (menikah: <strong>WAJIB<\/strong> membawa Akta Perkawinan, apabila sudah bercerai <strong>WAJIB<\/strong> membawa Akta Perceraian\/Kematian)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Pemohon WAJIB melakukan LAPOR DIRI melalui website PORTAL PEDULI WNI di <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/peduliwni.kemlu.go.id\/beranda.html\" target=\"_blank\">peduliwni.kemlu.go.id<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pemohon mengunduh file Surat Pertanggung Jawaban Mutlak (SPTJM) pada PORTAL PEDULI WNI pada laman PELAYANAN di kolom PENERBITAN NIT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informasi dan dokumen yang disampaikan Pemohon akan diverifikasi yang hasilnya akan disampaikan melalui email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apabila Pemohon terverifikasi belum pernah memiliki NIK pada sistem data kependudukan nasional maka pemohon dapat diterbitkan NIT dan melakukan perekaman data biometrik.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perekaman data biometrik &nbsp;dapat dilakukan di KRI Darwin atau pada saat dilaksanakan kegiatan Layanan Kekonsuleran KRI Darwin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<script>\n  if (typeof hasAmeliaAppointment === 'undefined') {\n    var hasAmeliaAppointment = true;\n  }\n  if (typeof hasAppointmentApiCall === 'undefined' && '' === '') {\n    var hasAppointmentApiCall = true;\n  }\n  var hasBookingShortcode = (typeof hasBookingShortcode === 'undefined') ? false : true;\n  var bookingEntitiesIds = (typeof bookingEntitiesIds === 'undefined') ?
